"The 37-metre Gulf Craft La Familia is currently undergoing a transformation with Naval Yachts to become a 43-metre superyacht, Project Cavalli. The 2001-built flybridge yacht has been under-reconstruction with engineers and naval architects since 2020, with plans set to take 13 months to complete.
The new owner has outstanding, yet challenging wishes to extend the yacht by 7-metres, with additional changes to other exterior areas. A new pool will be built on the bow area, and there are plans to add a new Jacuzzi, bar and seating area on the flybridge.
Project Cavalli will also see new crew areas, and Naval Yachts will touch up and repair her interior furniture and structures. The latest technology system will be installed and a complete overhaul of the engine room will see her updated to modern standards. Finally, Project Cavalli will be completed with a brand-new paint job to her exterior to finalise her new transformation.
Project Cavalli is still under construction with Naval Yachts in Bodrum, Turkey with an expected completion date of April 2022."
