Gulf Craft built La Familia was 37 meters before entering a big reconstruction or rebuild in the Naval Yachts facility in Antalya / Turkey.
In accordance with the wishes of the new owner, we are extending the boat size from 37 meters to 43 meters.
After 7 months of engineering with Naval Yachts’ in-house engineers, naval architects and exterior designers, the reconstruction was started in mid of 2021.
Because of a huge pool adaptation at the foredeck, a ballast tank was added to the aft for balancing the pool water when in use.
The exterior color will be special metallic gold, supplied by Awlgrip. The inner surfaces of the exterior areas will be black.
There is a very stylishly furnished beach club area on the aft deck. two side platforms make this area much larger and more functional. These platforms are equipped with motion-sensitive sensors and high-security measures and can be controlled remotely with the help of special applications.
There is a long U shape entertainment area just in front of a very large sunbathing area on the foredeck. This area is equipped with special sound systems and consists of seating areas made of Cavalli fabrics. In front of this entertainment area, there is a magnificent 7-meter pool. The water temperature of this pool can be controlled by the yacht's automation and applications. It can also be filled with seawater or mains water. A social bar is located just in front of the pool.
The Interior is completely renewed with the Cavalli concept. All loose furniture is from Roberto Cavalli. The top-class veneer was selected for the yacht and covered with high gloss varnish. The yacht owner chose each object with great care and designed it according to his own taste.
In the saloon, there are huge balconies of 3m x 2m on both sides, and when the balconies are open, sliding doors are placed to protect the air-conditioning inside.
The yacht has 1 owner suite, with a private jacuzzi and giant screen TV. A private folding balcony on the port side of the owner's suite provides great fresh air and additional area.
On the lower deck of the yacht, there is 1 VIP cabin with a jacuzzi and 2 guest cabins. Each cabin is equipped with separate sound systems and entertainment systems.
The wheelhouse, specially designed according to the tastes of the boat owner, is truly dazzling. There is a very ergonomic and eye-catching cockpit with large seating areas, and document storage areas in the wheelhouse section, which is designed in accordance with the yacht's concept.
At the flybridge, there is a huge sunbathing area just behind a 5 persons capacity jacuzzi. A very long table and fully equipped bar are on the forward side of the flybridge deck. Again, all fabrics and accessories are Cavalli brand.
After the boat is delivered, it will be showcased at the Monaco Yachting Festival.
The Project will be completed by the beginning of 2023.
